1. The system adopts a 100t hydraulic press, the lower template can be marked out and can be 180° Flip.

3. The insert feeder uses a six-station storage bin style and is attached to a simple camera (image sensor) from Keynes for detecting the status of the insert.
4. Spraying system adopts three sets of matching system, stock solution, low concentration release agent, high concentration release agent, each group of spraying circuit can be freely switched.
